OnePlus has entered the fitness wearables segment. The brand has launched its first fitness tracker called OnePlus Band. Prior to launch, the OnePlus Health app had gone live on Google Play Store, while the Amazon microsite revealed a few key specifications of the device.

The OnePlus Band comes with health and convenience features that is commonly found in most fitness trackers. The latest offering will compete against the likes of Xiaomi Mi Band 5, Realme Band, Amazfit Bip U and others in the budget fitness tracker market.

The OnePlus Band features a rectangular AMOLED display measuring 1.1-inches. There are a host of watch faces available, and users can also personalise the device with their photos. The fitness tracker is IP68 rated dust and water-resistant up to 5ATM. It is offered with dual colour straps.

The OnePlus Band is equipped with a 24 x 7 real-time heart rate monitor. It packs a SpO2 sensor for monitoring blood oxygen levels that can also be activated continuously while sleeping. The wearable device is also capable of monitoring sleep patterns.

The OnePlus Band offers support for 13 exercise modes including badminton, cycling, yoga, cricket and more. Apart from health features, the fitness tracker also displays notifications and the ability to control music playback and camera shutter.

The OnePlus Band draws its power from a 100mAh battery unit claimed to last up to 14 days. It can be charged via USB-A port. The fitness tracker supports Bluetooth 5.0 and is compatible with Android and iOS devices via the OnePlus Health companion app.
